Waist size to fit: If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering up, as the underwear runs small. For example, a 30-inch waist should choose size Medium.

Sizing

To choose the correct size, measure your body as follows:

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist — just above your hip bones. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and make sure it’s level all the way around.

If you are between sizes we recommend that you order the size up as the underwear runs on the smaller side.
