How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at daddy@teninchtop.com . We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once processed and shipped, our delivery partners aim to have your parcel with you in approximately 6-10 working days.

Please note that we aren't responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Yes! We ship internationally, to select countries.
