The Deep End Operating Instructions, Safety & Warranty

Getting Started

Charging: Fully charge The Deep End before first use. The device will glow while charging and turn off when fully charged. Do not use or operate the product while charging. Do not charge the product while wet.

Power & Controls

Power On / Off: Press and hold the main button on the device for 2 seconds to turn it on or off.

Vibration Patterns: Press the pattern button to cycle through 3 vibration patterns: Constant, Pulse and Wave.

Intensity Levels: Press the intensity button to adjust vibration strength: Low, Medium or High

With 3 patterns and 3 intensity levels, The Deep End offers 9 distinct combinations.

Remote Control

Use the wireless remote to control both patterns and intensity. The remote allows operation without directly touching the device. Ensure the device is switched on before using the remote. The buttons on the remote control mimic the buttons on the product. 

Travel Lock

To activate or deactivate the travel lock, press and hold both buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. When travel lock is enabled, the device will not turn on accidentally. Plugging the device into charge will automatically power it off.

Waterproof Use

The Deep End is waterproof to IPX7 standards and can be used in the bath or shower. Do not charge the device while wet or submerged.

Lubrication

Use water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricants may damage the surface of the product.

Cleaning & Care

Wash with warm water and mild soap after each use. Dry thoroughly before storing.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Safety Information

  • This product is not a medical device.
  • Stop use immediately if discomfort or irritation occurs.
  • Do not use if the silicone surface is damaged.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not dispose of in household waste – recycle in accordance with local regulations.

Warranty

The Deep End includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty electronics not caused by misuse

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper charging
  • Damage caused by non-approved lubricants
  • Normal wear and tear
